Any advice for overtone training in London?

Hi guys, I've just joined this community of overtone enthusiasts and practitioners, I've actually approached the study of this wonderful world when I was still in Italy, where I'm from, and then I moved to London: I'd love to deepen my knowledge and skills, so I was wondering if any of you's got suggestions about who or where to turn to in order to carry on. I'd be really grateful if somebody could shed a piece of advice. Also, I was looking for a complete guide to overtones, to have a more organic overlook of the phenomenon, both practical and theoretical. Any recommendations? Thanks to whoever will be helpful!!

  • Hi Theresa. I can certainly recommend a few teachers in London and the south of England. We are running a one day overtone festival in Bishops Stortford this coming Sunday. Please let your network know. Hope you can make it. The details are on my page. Blessings, Paul Terrell.
  • Hi Theresa,
good to have you here and you are living now in London. Isn't it? Here is Jill's page and her contact details greetings to London!
    Ciao! Jens :)
  • Hi Irene,
you can also ask to our friend Mike Edgertone, I think he lives in England, maybe in London.
  • Steve Sklar can give you online lessons and he his the founder of khoomei.com/forum, here you can contact and add Tran Quang Hai - jep - you found Demetrio's tribute page but here you will find all italian guys and ladies - beautiful and wellknown ladies like you are welcome :)
    Cheers,
    J.
  • Welcome Irene on OMN! We have some good guys from London on board. Good to start as an overtone enthusiasts you self introduction with a
blog post. I am happy that Jonathan was one of the first members who I invited last year to OMN. And Anthar is a very good fellow. But you have to find your own teacher. Arjuna has a wonderful online lesson on his website and he is featured member because you can add all his 20 songs to your own my page! Cool! Isn't it? Check out this link to listen Arjuna's harmonic fuzion - Check out the event calendar. Until only the main page of this side will be public some upcoming events will be featured as my kind of recommendation for all. Congratulation! Now you have a Ning ID. Marco started a new network for italian musician http://tertium-auris.ning.com/ - Come and join some of our groups here. One of my last recommendations: Tran Quang Hai is a reseracher in overtones since more than 40 years maybe! He is a very gentle person and a featured member of this network too!
At last check out your options. All the best and thanks for joining us. //OMN
