I started as a clarinetist playing classical music, and took up saxophone, studied jazz and composition, then continued to try and learn other instruments, focusing on the jews harp in particular. I perform many styles of music today, and also like to do audio engineering when I have the chance. Here are the regular bands I currently play in:
A 10+ piece Afrobeat and funk/groove ensemble. Less relevant to this community I guess, but still a fun band.
Instruments:
jews harp, clarinet sax, flute, mbira, percussion, many misc instruments.
Influences:
(some, in no order...): Stravinsky, Poulenc, Don Byron, Stan Getz, Graham Wiggins, John Zorn, Zappa, Monk, Pink Floyd, Glen Velez, Bela Fleck, Dexter Gordon, traditional music from all over the world, more.

Hi Andy.
Is very interesting the mixture you do with many different musical genres. I really enjoy your Express, I'd like to hear a longer version.
Thanks for your works.
Hugs from Spain.
Ayla.
