-DEPRIVATION VISUAL EXPERIENCE-
Bring a cloth or sleeping mask to cover your eyes.

★With guided exercises at the begining we explore resonances of the voice in the body:
★Toning.
★Overtones of the voices and visualizations.

WHAT IS THE VOICES CIRCLE?
★A common space of meeting between: the voice, the aware listening and the silence.

★An experimental work with the voice with multiple beneffits for the body and the mind.

★A real bridge between your mind and your self.

In the meetings we work with Ayur Yoga techniques to improve the breathing, prepare and care the voice for the activities.

WHAT IS NOT THE CIRCLE OF VOICES?
★A chorus of songs either a Kirtan of mantras.
★Singing lessons.

★Every one who wants to conect with their voice and expanded stated of counsciousness.

★Artists: Actors, musicians and other branches of arts that want to do an exploration to find creativity through the voice.
