★An experimental work with the voice with multiple beneffits for the body and the mind.
★A real bridge between your mind and your self.
In the meetings we work with Ayur Yoga techniques to improve the breathing, prepare and care the voice for the activities.
WHAT IS NOT THE CIRCLE OF VOICES?
★A chorus of songs either a Kirtan of mantras.
★Singing lessons.
