About me:

I studied with Fabian Maman (Tama Do Academy) graduating with his first ever Academy here in London (1989-91) diploma in healing arts - sound colour and movement . Overtoning included I sometimes do sound colour meditation classes using subtle sounds - monochord, bowls , chimes. (Not gongs) I love the science behind frequencies and sacred geometry. I read a lot. I love travelling all over the world seeing majestic temples mountains waterfalls to just the joy of the diversity of people and cultures and of course I love the intruiging crop circles (I’m a regular visitor come the summer) Tho I’ve been working in visual arts my working life (fashion/textiles BA to graphics/illustration, now working with street art in the community) . Alongside music -as singer songwriter Aquamanda (bandcamp/Spotify Aquamanda (artist) ) and as DJ responsible for curating many a lively event. Also loving singing in choirs (soprano) performing here n there about London town (Barbican/Albert Hall/st Paul’s/ to charity carols in west end spots and tube stations!


As a band we are:

I’m basically a solo artist having written songs on my grandmas old piano since a teenager, pouring my heart out. Produced dance vinyl uplifting dance tracks 90’s , sung in many a chill out room inc festivals (Glastonbury and The Big chill) . Many cosmic inspired songs on reflection - weightlessness, interconnectedness , stars etc

Influences:

Singing , humming along, playful expressive sounds and insightful inspiring sound healers (Eileen Day Mckusick, Jonathan Goldman, Fabien Maman) Energetic joyful pop music across the eras to be experienced 100% from punk rave disco ! Music to uplift energise and dance to (As a DJ I like to raise the energy of a room with euphoric dance classics) Silence Running water, cacophony of the beautiful crazy high frequencies of birds song , gentle breezes, wind in your hair.
