Kyriako ( formerly Zeeno )
was born, Octobre 20 1963 at Genk, a city in Belguim.
At the beginning of the 90's, he got fascinated by the sound of the didjeridoo. At first, he was an autodidact, but quickly the disire of completing himself started yurning.
He was thaught by Alan Dargin, an Aboriginal and an expert in playing the didjeridoo.
Later on, I followed several workshops at home and abroad, and I took lessons from Mark Atkins, Charlie McMahon and Gary Thomas. During one year I played experimental music on the didjeridoo in a rock band.
With other musicians, under which sax, violin and German flute musicians, I keep sessions in which the challenge exists in realizing onconventional compostions.
For me it's the joyfull meeting with the audience. Especially if you open up for the deep warm age-old sound of the didj.
Let this music touch your heart, like it will keep touching others in the past, the present and the future.
Music as a medicine for the Highist in every one of us.
